From our first meeting, we gather what you, our customer, wants their basement to be. We offer our years of construction experience as well as professional guidance to make your finished basement a reality. CAD Blueprinting: We then take your ideas and turn them into a detailed CAD Blueprint so you can see your dreams. This is also when you will receive our proposal and our eight page contract. Pre-construction meeting: The Pre-construction meeting that we have with you is to review any modifications that you may want to make to our plan. This is also when you can start thinking about your colors, flooring options, fixtures, etc. that you would like. Supervision: We have complete on site professional supervision of the project with our project managers. This also insures that each phase and all critical stages are proceeding smoothly. Skills: BBI ensures that all tradesmen and sub-contractors are fully licensed and insured with NO EXCEPTIONS. Post construction: We do a completed project walk-through with you to ensure that every detail is up to your standards, as well as ours. Warranty: Our work is completed on time and carries a FULL one-year warranty, in addition to individual product warranties. YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR PLEDGE. |
